Nowadays, learning and gaining knowledge are like water and air; they are the fuel of wealth. Especially in the very dynamic world we are living in. My journey offers invaluable lessons for aspiring professionals on embracing lifelong growth.

My expertise didn’t emerge overnight. It began with mastering core IT infrastructure – designing networks, managing data centres, and implementing digital solutions. But I didn’t stop there. As technology evolved, so did my skills. When I feel I have to open the horizon to my position in Carrefour organization, I got some certifications like Master ITSM-ITIL, studied UAE laws (e-Crime, Civil Procedures, Commercial Law), and immersed myself in emerging fields like AI, blockchain, and IoT. As I’m studying today master in AI from UCAM (University Catolica de Muricia) managed by https://lms.airtics.org/

On another hand I worked to be qualified in law articles in UAE and be a LegalTech expert by studying a lot of legal courses. This enhances my ability to resolve 600+ IT disputes and lead multinational projects stemmed from this commitment to building knowledge layer by layer.

Staying a Lifelong Learner: my Blueprint with practical examples

1. Embrace Emerging Technologies: I didn’t wait for trends; I mastered them early. From deploying SD-WAN across 350 stores to advising on cryptocurrency disputes, I stayed ahead by continuously exploring innovations.

2. Bridge Disciplines: I merged technical expertise with legal acumen, becoming a rare authority in IT arbitration. This interdisciplinary approach expanded my impact beyond traditional IT roles.

3. Certify & Validate: Formal certifications (ISO-9001, GDPR compliance) ensured my knowledge met global standards, enhancing credibility and adaptability. This gave me the chance to have a lot of sensor positions.

4. Solve Real Problems: Every case he arbitrated or system he optimized (like AI-driven smart buildings) was a learning opportunity.

Practical challenges became classrooms.

My career teaches us that learning is the engine of reinvention. In a world where AI and blockchain reshape industries overnight, my success lies not just in my 25-year experience but in my 25-year curiosity. For lifelong learners, the journey never ends – it simply unveils new horizons.

The most important lesson learned here is that you should map and apply what you study to what you are doing and working on.
