Graduation Registration
You must complete your graduation registration before the published deadline.
Your name and award title may appear in the official Graduation Programme.

Passport Details
The names provided for students and guests must match the names stated on their passports.

Travel, Visa & Accommodation
Travel, visa and accommodation costs are not included in the graduation package. Graduates are advised to arrange their accommodation and travel well in advance.
Airtics Education will provide an invitation letter to support your visa application.

Children
Children are welcome to attend. Graduates are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring appropriate behaviour throughout the event.

The complete graduation programme and agenda will be shared once the details have been finalised.

Registration Confirmation
Your place at the graduation is confirmed only after payment of the applicable registration fee.

Cancellation & Refunds
If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, please inform the Graduation Team as soon as possible. Graduation and guest ticket fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, the amount paid may be utilised for a future course or for services such as document attestation or courier services, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

06 · Important Information
On the Graduation Day
Please arrive early to allow sufficient time to collect your graduation gown and complete the necessary arrangements.
- Graduands must be seated at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
- Guests must also be seated at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
- Late entry may not be permitted once the ceremony has commenced.
- Graduands are required to return their graduation gowns after the ceremony.

Who can attend the Dubai Graduation?
You must have successfully completed your programme and been formally awarded your qualification. Students with outstanding tuition fees or incomplete academic credits are not eligible to attend the graduation ceremony.
When and where is the graduation?
The Airtics Winter Graduation 2027 will take place on 23 January 2027 at Al Habtoor Grand, Dubai.
How many guests can I bring?
The maximum number of guests you can bring is five. Guest fees apply as applicable, while children under 3 years are free.
Graduation guest tickets:
- You are guaranteed up to 5 guest tickets, provided your guest details are submitted before the registration deadline.
- Additional guest tickets may be available after the registration deadline, subject to availability.
- Guest ticket availability may vary depending on the venue capacity.
How do I register?
Use any of the Book Your Spot buttons on this page. They open the secure registration and payment page, where you reserve your place and add guest tickets. Your registration is confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
What should I wear?
Graduates will wear the official graduation regalia provided for the ceremony. Formal attire is mandatory.
Can children attend?
Yes. Children are welcome, subject to the venue’s requirements and appropriate supervision by the accompanying graduate.
Are travel and accommodation included?
No. Travel, visa and accommodation expenses are not included in the graduation package.
When will I receive the detailed programme?
The final graduation agenda and programme details will be shared once they have been confirmed.
What happens if my UAE visa is rejected?
If your UAE visa application is rejected after registration, the graduation registration fee is non-refundable. However, the amount may be adjusted against the cost of your certificate attestation.
