About the Role

Join Airtics as a Senior AI/ML Faculty & Curriculum Designer and shape the future of tech education for students across 60+ nations. You’ll design cutting-edge curricula for our Master’s and Doctorate programs in partnership with prestigious universities like UCAM Spain and Woolf Malta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Design and update course modules for Master of AI in Business, Master of AI & ML, and Doctorate in AI & Technology Management programs
  • Faculty Leadership: Lead live sessions, mentor junior faculty, and oversee academic quality across international programs
  • Industry Integration: Collaborate with our 20+ corporate partners to ensure curriculum relevance and maintain our 94%+ placement rate
  • Research & Innovation: Contribute to research initiatives and stay current with AI/ML industry trends
  • Student Mentorship: Guide thesis projects and provide academic support to graduate students
  • University Relations: Work closely with partner universities to maintain academic standards and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
  • 5+ years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in AI/ML
  • Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
  • Industry experience in AI/ML implementation
  • Excellent English communication skills for international student body
  • Experience with online education platforms and LMS systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with European university systems (UCAM, Woolf)
  • Industry certifications in AI/ML technologies
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Arabic, or other languages)
  • Experience in curriculum accreditation processes
